Mugdha Godse, modesl-turned-actress, was recently approached for a character in a Freance production in which she was asked to go topless. The shapely damsel, however, did not take the bait and turned down the offer despite the fact that it could have brought her International recognition.

According to the reports, the flick in qiuestion is Raas Leela being directed by Sharat Chandra for a French prduction house. The film reportedly has French actress Emmanulelle Beart in the leading role. Eralier, Bollywood actress Divya Dutta was offered the role that required her to go topless, but she had refused the offer. And now Mugdha Godsehas done the same for a million dollars and for getting international based fame.

Mugdha, who has featured in a number of television commercials, says she is not comfortable in going topless in front iof camera. She is not averse to exposing in movies, but she is willing to go as far as wearing bikinis or swimsuits. She is even game for kissing and smooching if and only if the script requires it.

Set to make her Bollywood debut in Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming movie “Fashion” Mugdha says though she has been getting the movie offers for a long time, she chose Bhandarkar’s Fashion becasue her role in it of being a model is close to her personality and also becasue she has immense respect for the National Award winning director.
